Essential Information.
We offer amazing value in facilities with highly trained practitioners. To be able to do this, we have to protect our appointment availability via the following refund and cancellation policy:
Cancellations: Please note that a 100 percent private charge of $90 will be levied for ACC and private treatment not cancelled at least 48 hrs in advance. ACC fees cannot be billed to your insurance company or ACC.
Late arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, to help avoid delays in treatment and extensive waiting times, we may ask you to reschedule.
Refunds: Refunds will be provided where required under New Zealand Consumer Law. The Health Boutique has a ‘no refund’ policy on purchases if you simply change your mind.
TXT Reminders: We will send you a TXT reminder about your appointment up to 48 hours ahead. Please confirm your appointment.
Data collection.
During a Case History we collect personal data, such as your name, address, contact numbers and email addresses. We also collect information of a medical nature. This information is used to keep you up-to-date with new services and developments, confirm your appointments and to provide you with important pre- and post-care information.
Patient confidentiality.
We operate a strict code of Patient Confidentiality which is your guarantee that we will not pass your medical data on to any third party, unless legally required.
Health and safety.
Children cannot accompany patients in the treatment rooms or be supervised by practitioners. Thank you for your understanding.
