We have a special interest and skills in the treatment of knee, hip, foot and hand osteoarthritis. Dr. Sharon Awatere, PhD Health Phil, the principal of our studio has conducted and published original research investigating the holistic management of osteoarthritis in Hawkes Bay with a special interest in Maori wellbeing. We are currently undertaking research investigating knee osteoarthritis, and the impact of cardiovascular capacity, which is one small aspect of our longer-term interest in chronic pain. We are currently seeking practitioners to share our space with you have a vision of improving the health of all New Zealanders and particularly those who wouldn’t normally access our services due to socio-economic limitations and living within the Hawke’s Bay community.

If you are interested in creating a Wellness Community within our Hastings health studio and are a New Zealand Registered HPCA Regulated health therapist (Psychotherapist, Psychologist, Psychiatrist etc.) in search of therapeutic space, then please get in touch.
